evaluation of the client completed PFP questionnaire.
We will meet with you to discuss all financial
planning aspects and specific
action steps to accomplish your financial plan,
including asset allocation recommendations. |

The Silver service
includes the bronze plus an asset allocation analysis
and recommendations as it relates to your current
portfolio. |

| Gold |
| The Gold service
includes the silver plus a semi-annual meeting with
you to follow up on all action items. |
|
| Platinum |
The Platinum service includes the
gold plus meetings with your stockbroker/investment
advisor, insurance agent and lawyer. The purpose
of these meetings is to support your objectives that
were formulated in the Bronze package and to facilitate
the completion of same.
