ROBERT GALISZEWSKI EARNS DESIGNATION
AS CERTIFIED VALUATION ANALYST
Earned credential
culminates extensive CPE process
BALTIMORE (February 20, 2007)—Katz,
Abosch, Windesheim, Gershman & Freedman,
P.A. (KAWG&F), a regional public accounting
and consulting firm headquartered in Timonium,
Maryland, is pleased to announce that Robert
Galiszewski, CPA has recently received
the professional designation of Certified
Valuation Analyst (CVA). Administered by
the National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts (NACVA), the designation prepares
and credentials Certified Public Accountants
(CPA) to provide business valuations and
litigation support services on behalf of
attorneys and clients.
As a member of KAWG&F’s Business
Valuation & Litigation Support Team,
Galiszewski will conduct business valuations
which are most commonly required with buy-sell
agreements, foreclosures, adequacy of life
insurance, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy,
employee stock option plans, and estate
taxes, as well as the sale or purchase
of businesses. Litigation support services
are required for business disruption, divorce,
partner disputes and wrongful death.
Galiszewski also serves on the firm’s
Medical Practices Group. A shareholder
with the firm, he also serves as the firm’s
Quality Control officer.

Galiszewski joined the firm after graduating
from Loyola College with a Bachelors of
Arts degree. He is a member of the Maryland
Association of Certified Public Accountants
(MACPA), American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute of
Management Accountants and the now the
National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts (NACVA).
